Fundación ”la Caixa” and Fundació ESADE are pleased to invite you to the following conference:

Where are collaborative efforts between companies and NGOs headed?

Due to the enormous challenges we face in the 21st century, civil society organisations and companies are being asked to collaborate ever more closely, innovating and exploring new approaches to address today’s problems. Collaboration between companies and NGOs requires teams of people who know how to respond to the demands of the societies where they live. However, they have to have previously learnt to see these challenges in a different way and be very familiar with the terrain.

We want to debate with conference participants and the audience on the change in types of collaboration between organisations, the rise of philanthropy to organise joint projects, and the critical success factors for these relations to be fruitful.

Participants:

  • Esther Trujillo, Senior Vice President, Institutional Office and Corporate Diplomacy, Melià Hotels International
  • Marisol García, Director, Fundación Hazloposible
